***Exhibitors must fall into the holistic health & wellness theme including body, mind, or spirit categories. 

Each exhibitor receives a 6′ covered table with 2 chairs. A table top exhibit space is only the space on the table and immediate surrounding area. A booth is a defined 8 x 8 space sectioned off with pipe and drape.

Why Exhibit? Exhibiting is an opportunity to showcase your service and/or products to your target market while building relationships. Even in this digital world it’s still important to meet potential customers in a face-to-face atmosphere. Studies show that it cuts down on decision making time and supports other marketing efforts. It assist you as the exhibitor to know if the potential customer is a good fit or not and the customer to know if you’re a good fit for what they need now or in the future.

Exhibitors are able to meet other exhibitors on a mutual playing field. This is usually your best connections made through the expo. It’s important to take some time to walk around and meet other exhibitors by getting there early or making sure you have another person helping with your table.

What’s the most important thing about exhibiting? Follow up! Be sure to have a way to collect contact information through a raffle, newsletter sign up, etc.

  • EXHIBIT HOURS: DiscoverYou Wellness Expo 10am – 5pm, East Bay Business Expo 11am – 4pm, Ocean State Business Expo 12 – 5pm and South County Business Expo 11am – 4pm. 
  • LOCATION: DiscoverYou Wellness Expo and Ocean State Business Expo – Crowne Plaza Hotel, 801 Greenwich Ave., Warwick, RI, East Bay Bay Business Expo – 940 Fall Rive Ave., Seekonk, MA and South County Business Expo – 3009 Tower Hill Rd, South Kingstown, RI.
  • SET-UP TIMES: Start 3 hours prior to the start of each expo. 

DISPLAYS/DECORATIONS: Merchandise, sign, decorations or display fixtures shall not be pasted, taped, nailed or tacked to walls or ceilings. No exhibit, merchandise or equipment shall be left in any aisle, but shall be confined to exhibit space. No signs or advertising devices shall be displayed outside exhibit space or project beyond limits of exhibit space as to interfere with any neighboring exhibit.

CARE OF BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT: Exhibitors, or their agents, must not injure or deface the walls or floors of the building, the booths or the equipment of the booths. When such damage appears, the exhibitor is liable to the owner of the property damaged.

DISPLAY TABLE INFORMATION: Table spaces are 6 feet long and 3 feet deep. Using a display wider that 6 feet requires you to reserve 2 tables. All tables are covered and skirted. Please be mindful of your neighbor.

CHARACTER & ARRANGEMENT OF EXHIBIT: Use of or the operation of machinery, which is of sufficient volume to annoy neighboring exhibitors is not permitted. Any interference with the light and space of other exhibitors is prohibited. Display material exposing an unfinished surface to neighboring booths is not permitted.

ALCOHOL: Because of legal concerns, all exhibitors are prohibited from distributing alcohol from their booths.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to date of said expo will result in a full refund minus processing feesNo refunds will be made for exhibitor cancellations within 30 days of said expo. If booth space is not occupied by 30 minutes after start  the expo the Expo Committee has the right to use such space as it sees fit. In the event of flood, fire, strikes, riots, civil commotion or other uncontrollable circumstances, which would render the exhibit area unavailable for use 10 days prior to the opening date, 50 percent of the money paid for rental will be refunded.

REMOVAL TIME: Please begin breakdown at the end time of said expo. The Expo Committee reserves the right to refuse participation in future Expos to any exhibitors that dismantle their booths prior to the end time.

SECURITY: All property of an exhibitor is understood to remain in their care, custody and control.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY: Exhibitor shall carry their own insurance. Susan Lataille, Jay White, Expo Committees, DiscoverYou Events, the Clarion Hotel, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Cumulus Media and listed Expo sponsors assume no responsibility for the safety of the properties of the exhibitor, its officers, agents or employees from theft, damage by fire, accident or any other cause whatsoever, and the Exhibitor expressly agrees to save and hold harmlessSusan Lataille, Jay White, Expo Committees, DiscoverYou Events, the Clarion Hotel, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Cumulus Media and listed Expo sponsors and their respective management agents and employees from any and all liability resulting from injuries and damage to exhibitor, its agents, employees, person, and/or properties in connection with the exhibitor’s use of the exhibit space or participation in this event.
